For our second brew we decided to jump right in and try our hand at a Russian imperial stout.

Flaked Oats – 810g

Dark Crystal – 330g

Carafa Special Malt Type 1 – 108g

Carafa Special Malt Type 3 – 198g

 

HOPS:

Columbus – 45g / 60 minutes

Columbus – 15g / 30 minutes

Saaz – 15g / Flameout

Kent First Gold – 15g / Flameout

ABV: 7.45%

MASH: 65°C / 90 minutes
