A re-brew of our recent Chaminook recipe to see how our efficiency has been affected by a recent hardware upgrade. As a comparison this one is dry hopped with a massive 225g of Chinook hops!

Crisp Extra Pale Maris Otter – 4.5kg
Crisp Cara Malt – 400g
HOPS:
Chinook – 20g / 60 minutes
Chinook – 30g / 30 minutes
Chinook – 100g / 5 minutes
Chinook – 225g / Dry Hop
ADJUNCTS: None
YEAST: Safale US-05
OG: 1.051
FG: 1.009
ABV: 5.5%
MASH: 65°C / 75 minutes, raise to 77°C mashout and hold for 10 minutes
BOIL: 60 minutes
CARBONATION: 2.0 units
