Crisp Medium Crystal (EBC 225-265) – 200g

Crisp Wheat Malt – 200g

HOPS:

East Kent Goldings – 40g / 60 minutes

East Kent Goldings – 30g / 30 minutes

East Kent Goldings – 30g / 5 minutes

ADJUNCTS: 1x campden tablet

YEAST: Safale US-04 sprinkled onto wort

STRIKE VOLUME:  27.2 litres

OG: 1.042

FG: 1.010

ABV: 4.2%

MASH: 65°C / 60 minutes, raise to 80°C mashout and hold for 10 minutes

BOIL: 60 minutes

CARBONATION: 2.0 units

NOTES: Takes 1 month in bottle to carb
