Clone beer. First time using Co2 rousing. The sheer amount of dry hops absolutely ruined our equipment and totally blocked the dry hop screen.

Crisp Extra Pale Malt – 7.4kg

Crisp Cara Malt – 380g

Crisp Light Crystal (EBC 145-165) – 290g

HOPS:

Columbus – 100g / 60 minutes

Columbus – 20g / 30 minutes

Centennial – 20g / 30 minutes

Simcoe – 20g / 30 minutes

Columbus – 20g / 5 minutes

Centennial – 20g / 5 minutes

Simcoe – 20g / 5 minutes

Centennial – 115g / Dry hop

Columbus – 95g / Dry hop

Simcoe – 95g / Dry hop

Amarillo – 75g / Dry hop

ADJUNCTS: 1x Campden tablet, 10.2g Calcium Sulphate

MASH: 65°C / 75 minutes

BOIL: 60 minutes

YEAST: Wyeast All American Ale 1272

STRIKE VOLUME:  32.1 litres

TARGET VOLUME: 20 litres

FERMENTER VOLUME: 21 litres

PACKAGED VOLUME: 25x 330ml bottles (massive loss in fermenter)

FERMENTER TEMP: 20°C

OG: 1.074

FG: 1.010

ABV: 8.4%

CARBONATION: 2.0 units
