Gyle 181 – Pliny Hop Mix IPA

IPA with Crossmyloof’s Pliny hop mix (16% Columbus, 51% Simcoe, 33% Centennial). This time using a hop spider to reduce hop debris from the boil for full wort transfer and easier kegging.
