BREWING NOTES: 8.8kg into 45.4 litres of water fit perfectly. Mash valve 1/2 closed for first 15 minutes then fully open. Went well until the fuse burned out on the Einbrew with 10 minutes left in the boil. Very malt forward – not enough hops.
