BREWING NOTES: Not a 40 litre batch – adjusted strike water to keep ABV. Accidentally put the 5 minutes hops in at 15 minutes so knocked 10 minutes off the boil to compensate.

Update: this beer never saw the light of day. The immense amount of hops absolutely killed our fermenter.
