Gyle 009 – Bergamot Hopfen Weisse (Cloudwater)

Our take on Cloudwater’s original Bergamot Hopfen Weisse. We couldn’t find a recipe so we based it on information they shared about it. Oh, we couldn’t find any Bergamot lemons either!

 

MALT:

Crisp Extra Pale Malt – 3kg

Chrisp Wheat Malt – 2kg

Crisp Light Munich Malt – 500g

Crisp Dark Crystal – 80g

 

HOPS:

Perle – 10g / 60 minutes

Citra – 20g / 5 minutes

Mosaic – 20g / 5 minutes

Citra – 30g / Dry Hop

Mosaic – 30g / Dry Hop

 

ADJUNCTS: Vodka extract of 3x lemon peel

YEAST: Safale WB-06

 

OG: 1.064

FG: 1.008

ABV: 7.35%

MASH: 65°C / 75 minutes

BOIL: 60 minutes

CARBONATION: 2.4 units
