Weyermann Extra Pale Premiere Pilsner Malt (EBC 2.5) – 3000g

Simpsons Crystal T50 (EBC 130) â€“ 300g

Magnum – 10g / 90 minutes

Amarillo – 15g / 45 minutes

Strata – 30g / 30 minutes

Cascade – 20g / 1 minutes

Centennial – 20g / 1 minutes

Cascade – 44g / Dry hop on day 5 for 5 days
