HOPS:

Chinook – 20g / 60 minutes

Chinook – 30g / 30 minutes

Chinook – 100g / 5 minutes

ABV: 6.17%

MASH: 65°C / 75 minutes, raise to 77°C mashout and hold for 10 minutes

BOIL: 60 minutes
